Auctions in which the bids and auction winners are kept confidential and are not disclosed to the public. We do not post or reveal highest, lowest or winning bids.

PLACING BIDS IN PERSON: 

• Visit the store location where the item is located. 
• Fill out a bid ticket in-store. 
• To ensure your bid qualifies, please make sure to PRINT LEGIBLY, and FILL OUT BID TICKET COMPLETELY. Bid tickets that do not meet this criteria will be considered null & void, & the winning bid will go to the next qualifying bidder. Canadian Goodwill Industries is not held responsible for any missed or skipped bids that result from a bid ticket not meeting the required criteria.   

PLACING BIDS OVER THE PHONE OR BY EMAIL: 

Please provide the following information: 

1. Detailed item description and/or item number  
2. First and last name 
3. Phone # 
4. Postal code 
5. Bid amount  

**Please ensure that you are contacting the correct store location when calling/emailing with your bids and auction inquiries.** 

Canadian Goodwill Industries Corp. does not claim professional expertise in the knowledge and/or authenticity of designer products, jewelry, vintage items, etc. Items are assessed to the best of our ability and resources.   

Winning bidders will be provided the opportunity to view the item(s) in person prior to making a payment. It is at the BIDDER’S DISCRETION to inspect each item PRIOR to making their final purchase.  

Any and all items purchased from our auction windows are FINAL SALE and are not subject to refunds or exchanges.

The highest bidders are contacted within 24-48 hours after the auction has ended. If a bidder cannot be reached within this period, or no longer desires the auction item(s) they bid on, the next highest bidder is contacted, and so on.

Auction items are NOT ELIGIBLE for senior, student, or other discounts.

Our silent auction pictures are posted on our social media pages first before they are posted on our website & may not be available on our website immediately.
