EXCHANGE POLICY

• EXCHANGE on FULL PRICED CLOTHING ITEMS only.
• SALE / DISCOUNTED CLOTHING ITEMS are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. I.E. items purchased on Senior/Student Day, coloured tag discounts, and sale events. 
• All other merchandise is FINAL SALE.
• EXCHANGE or IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY – NO REFUNDS.
• Item(s) must be returned within 14 BUSINESS DAYS of purchase (no exceptions),
• Canadian Goodwill price tags must still be attached and untampered with.
• Customer must present original receipt from time of purchase, along with the item they wish to exchange.
• The item being exchanged must be in the same condition as when it was purchased, with no additional damage, wear, or alterations. Any changes made after purchase may affect eligibility. 
• Item for exchange must be of EQUAL or LESSER VALUE. If the desired item is of greater value, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.  
• Customers may exchange at any Canadian Goodwill location, provided the above criteria are met. 
• Undergarments and swimwear are FINAL SALE.
