Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before submitting a bid. By participating in the Canadian Goodwill silent auctions, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

As-Is & No Warranties: All items are sold "as-is" with no guarantees on condition, age, value, or authenticity. 

Inspection & Highest Bidder: After the auction closes, the highest bidder may inspect the item prior to completing payment. If declined, the opportunity passes to the next highest bidder.

Claiming Winning Items: Winning bidders must claim their item(s) within 48 hours of notification. Extensions may be granted upon request, subject to approval.

Final Sale: All purchases are final—no refunds, returns, exchanges, or price adjustments. Discounts do not apply.

Confidential Bidding: All bids and bidder information remain strictly private.

Bidder Responsibility: Bids must be complete, accurate, and legible to be valid. Canadian Goodwill reserves the right to reject bids or withdraw items at its discretion. Submitting a bid constitutes full acceptance of these terms
